    1    Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-21 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volumes, fulfillment may be slightly delayed, and we will notify you accordingly.

    2    Shipping Options & Times

We offer various shipping options, including standard and express shipping. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location. Estimated shipping times:

    ◦    Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.

    ◦    Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.

    ◦    Pre-sale Orders: 15-25 business days (applicable only for pre-sale items). These items are clearly marked, and fulfillment begins after the pre-sale period ends.

    3    Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly indicated during checkout.

    4    Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order's progress through the shipping provider's website.

    5    Unfulfilled Orders

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock or in pre-sale, we will notify you and provide an estimated restocking or shipping date, or offer a full refund for the item.

    6    Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order cannot be changed, as it will already be in the processing stage.

    7    Returns and Exchanges

SoyLodo offers hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    8    Damaged or Defective Items

    9    Lost or Delayed Shipments
